The term “visitor” will from here on refer to anyone accessing the website. “You” and “Your” will from here on refer to any visitor of the website. The term “device” will from here on refer to all devices available from the website.
This device has been inspected for quality assurance prior to shipping and is warranted for the period of ONE (1) YEAR from purchase date against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Should the device fail to operate within the one year period and not as a result of any action(s) that voids the warranty, it can be returned to the reseller with the ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT or contact authorized online reseller with PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Replacement(s) require a fee for shipping & handling (to be determined when issuing Return Authorization Number) and LLOVIA will incur the return shipping fee. To expedite the process, replacement fee will be processed online via credit card upon which a reference code will be issued.
ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MAY BECOME LOST AND/OR REPLACEMENT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE. Please contact LLOVIA prior to returning the device for a Return Authorization Number and use a courier with shipment tracking options (ex. UPS, FedEx, DHL). Make sure to include PROOF OF PURCHASE, Return Authorization Number, name, return address, description of issue, preferred method of contact, and replacement fee or reference code. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery of the replacement. The replacement will assume the original warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUDES DEVICE(S) PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS INCLUDING E-COMMERCE RETAILERS.
5-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE
Upon approval of PROOF OF PURCHASE, you may claim 50% off your next online order from our website under our 5-Year Quality Guarantee (limited to one purchase and same device) should a defect occur with your LLOVIA device after the initial 12-month period but within the period of the 5-Year Quality Guarantee.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, scratches, fading labels, decreased battery capacity, and misplaced charging USB cable. Damages due to negligent misuse and/or intentional abuse, including but not limited to, dropping of the device, using wrong voltage supply, failing to follow proper maintenance instructions, failing to strictly follow safety instructions, and failing to observe outlined precautions. Furthermore, tampering such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party, water damage or damage due to submersion in any liquid are excluded from warranty coverage.
LIMITS & EXCLUSIONS
LLOVIA disclaims any responsibilities and liabilities for damage(s) caused to property or persons by the application, use, maintenance or storage of the device, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device, or arising out of any actions that may breach the warranty. LLOVIA neither assumes nor authorizes any person(s) to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this device. Unless otherwise indicated, all expressed and implied warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth above. No other warranties, express or implied, will be honored, except those listed above.

LLOVIA is not responsible for units damaged or lost during transit. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please ensure that the device is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best). Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days for your return to be inspected and delivery of replacement. For your warranty return to be accepted you must meet the following return conditions:
- Write your Return Authorization Number on your original PROOF OF PURCHASE with a brief reason of return.
- Pack the device carefully so that it is well protected for return along with Return Authorization Number clearly indicated.
- Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING with tracking number.
