SHIPPING METHODS & TIME-IN-TRANSIT
LLOVIA will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your preferred shipping address. Most orders may be shipped to P.O. boxes with exception to US protectorates, APO, FPO, and DPO for any shipping method. In general, orders are shipped within 48 hours from order confirmation and delivery will take 3 – 7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the customer’s location. Please take note of the applicable shipping charge when placing your order. Additional shipping charges and time-in-transit may apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard Shipping: Orders are generally delivered within 3 – 7 business days from their date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are generally delivered within 2 – 3 business days from their date of shipment. Available to most destinations for an additional charge except P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next available business day. Should delivery problems arise, LLOVIA will contact you by your preferred method of contact.
Regrettably, LLOVIA accepts orders from the USA and Canada only.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation with an assigned order number will be emailed to you once your purchase has been verified. You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account or visiting the courier’s tracking page.
CURRENCY AND PRICING
Prices on website are quoted in US currency. LLOVIA will incur fees arising from customs clearance, duties, and applicable sales tax. LLOVIA reserves the right to change prices at any given time without notice or reservation.

Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through following verification of credit card details, receipt of credit authorization, and confirmation of availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason LLOVIA cannot complete your order.
